This year's E3 kicks off with an illegal blow to the nuts by Microsoft and Sony is down for the count. Announcing FFXIII going to the 360 aswell is a big surprise! FFXIII is no longer PS3 exclusive in NA/Europe region. This is the first time a main Final Fantasy title goes muiltiplatform with the same release date. The news is a blow to FF fans as well as Sony fans. However FFXIII is still exclusive to PS3 in Japan/Asia. Microsoft stole one of Sony's big exclusives but we are still getting the game and we'll get it first in Japan. So it's not a total lost. Aside from this big FFXIII announcement, Microsoft really have nothing else to offer on the show. In terms of exclusive games, there's Gears of war 2 and Fable which we all know, seen, and heard of before. Yes, nothing new there. But wait! there's more! Microsoft announce their new Dashboard interface(Which looks really plain) and a new customize Avatar system... And here's what they said "Where else could you get an avatar creation system but on Xbox Live?" hmmm, are you sure you know what you are talking about? Cause to me it looks like a cheap total rip-off of Nintendo's Mii with Avatar customize screen that looks like a rip-off of PlayStation home. And that's pretty much the whole show from Microsoft. Their show proves once again that Microsoft is the God of copying others and a theft. Wait a minute here, I forgot to mention one other game. It's a filler game called Lib or some sh*t like that. It's like a total rip-off of PlayStation's Sing Star game, yet another rip-off!


As Sony fanboys goes to sleep crying about the lost of FFXIII, the next morning is Nintendo's turn to pump people up. Sadly they failed to do so because most of the show is a yawn feast! In terms of exclusive games, they got none... Oh wait, my bad, there's Animal Crossing Wii and a very pointless and filler music game. Leave it up to Nintendo to bring you games that are only fun for 5 minutes then got boring after that. Aside from filler games(that should only be $10) Nintendo shows off a new cheap looking plastic toy add-on to their Wii-mote. I don't know how that can improve anything or make the game more enjoyable. A filler game will still be a filler game, a shitty game will still be a shitty game, and a good game will still be a good game despite whatever controller type you use. Adding on things to a Wii-mote will not make a shitty/crappy games any better. But hey, I'm sure it will sell like mad. Why? I have no idea. The rest of the show is just them bragging about themselves being #1. Yes, we get it! we all know that. Just don't forgot to mention that your system is the cheapest of the 3 consoles!


Now, the final stage is set, Sony is up on its feet and fans are hyped to see what Sony has to counter the FFXIII news(such wishful thinking). Sony have planed their show for months and they can't change it over night due to FFXIII news. What they have to show is what they have planned to show. Sony shows off the PS2 proving that they are the only one that can offer long lasting video game consoles. They showed off PSP proving that they are the only one that can offer a portable gaming system that does way more than just gaming. With shit loads of features, network/connectivity and more new features to come, the PSP will not go away any time soon. PSP is by far the best handheld with the best graphics, with the best games and exclusive and loads of JRPGs and more to come. But what about the PS3? Well, they announce a new PSN video/movie service. And unlike the 360 avatar system with no time frame of a release date... the new PSN service is online for users the same day as the announcement. The service offer a shit load of movies in SD as well as HD format. Full movies and TV show downloads aswell as a couple anime including one that are exclusive to the PSN only! But what about the games? Oh you don't have to worry about that. If Sony can deliver, they have the best and most exclusive titles release this year and on to early next year. We have Little Big Planet, Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty (only $14), Naruto, Resistance 2, Siren Blood Curse, DC universe online, MotorStorm2 and more. Sony went on announcing two new big exclusives, God of War III (which was rumored online) and M.A.G. a massive muiltiplayer online game with 256 human player on screen! Now that is crazy! In terms of game shows and numbers of exclusive titles, Sony took the win this E3! You don't have to take my words for it, check out these two critics... They seems to agree...

But where are the RPGs? well, wait for Tokyo Game Show 2 months from now. E3 was never big with RPGs. Either way, Sony still have more exclusive than it's competitors. Overall this year E3 sucks but Sony takes home the crown.
